We are very sorry because you cannot download the Google Play Store on this television. This unit is a smart TV. The television that capable of downloading the applications is the Android TV.

If it is a Smart TV without Android, you will only have apps that Sony made available for that proprietary platform.

You can simply google search your TV model and check it the specification says 'Android' anywhere. If you dont see it, it likely is not an Android TV. Hope this helps. But - if your model isn't an android TV, you can always add an external device like the Nvidia Shield that is android - some of the other brands are fairly inexpensive. Or an Amazon fire tv device which is pretty close, if they are available in your location.
